Child safety standards
Punchline Industries has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in drainc or anywhere in our services. These standards apply to everyone who uses drainc.
If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. You can also report child sexual exploitation directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
drainc is for adults only
You must be 21 or older to use drainc. Everyone confirms their date of birth when they sign up, and accounts belonging to anyone under 21 are removed when we find them.
What's prohibited
You may not use drainc to create, upload, share, request, or link to:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including drawn, edited, or AI-generated imagery;
- any content that sexualizes a minor, including sexualized comments about a minor;
- grooming, meaning any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes;
- sextortion, or threatening to share intimate images of anyone, including a minor;
- trafficking or any other exploitation of a minor.
This applies to every part of drainc: photos, profiles, bios, usernames, drink notes, comments, and game names and descriptions. These rules are part of our Terms of Service.
How to report it
- In the app: tap Report on the drink, comment, profile, or game and choose "Sexual content or anything involving a minor". Reports are private, and the person isn't told who reported them.
- On our website: use the support form and choose "Report a user or content".
- By email: contact@punchlineindustries.com.
Please don't download, screenshot, or forward suspected CSAM, even to report it. Tell us where it is and we'll handle it.
How we respond
- We review reports involving a minor before any other report.
- We remove CSAE content as soon as we confirm it, and we terminate the accounts responsible.
- We report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC, as U.S. law requires, and we preserve related information for law enforcement as the law requires.
- We cooperate with law enforcement investigating child sexual abuse and exploitation.
